This morning we worked with Jeff Gross from US Bank. Jeff shared about his role at the bank in addition to multiple entreprenurial hobbies he has on the side such as car sales and management of rental properties. He shared that he was raised by parents who were entrepreneurs and that really taught him a lot along the way! Jeff shared about a variety of areas within banking and how US Bank has grown and changed over the past few years. Jeff also discussed the idea of time and how you can balance, especially since he has a lot he manages with his career, family, and personal businesses. He shared about some of the small businesses he owns ranging from car sales, a marketing business with his wife, wedding photography, wood working, and real estate investing to name a few! There are many seasons if your life and you have to find a way to balance and keep yourself focused on what matters to you. Jeff always brings great advice and insights to our students!
